Data attributed to individuals stored on the SpatialCV™ database or represented on the website is owned by and is the responsibility of the individuals who own those data. SpatialCV™is GDPR compliant and is managed under the over-arching principle of self-sovereignty, whereby each user or knowledge holder who owns pins (pin owner) is responsible for establishing the veracity of the data and the identity of themselves, and for ensuring their own privacy and data protection by restricting the information given not withstanding their identity. The pin owner owns the identity of each pin and their content; K2V limited undertakes not to share the identity of pin owners without the direct written (email) consent of the pin owner. K2V Limited cannot guarantee whether a pin owner is real.
